Jens Fredrik Lange Lyche, current Board member, has been actively involved from the 1970’s, being a sustainability pioneer and promoter of innovative solutions within the pulp & paper and process industries.
Our customer contact and sales process is managed by Ingvill Rømcke Lyche. Ingvill has worked within the pulp & paper industries for many years, and has extensive knowledge of the market. She is fluent in English and German besides Norwegian.

Henrik has acted as external adviser to the Lange Lyche family for several years. He has broad experience from various roles within governance and risk management – bringing valuable knowledge from a wide range of organizations in different industries and sectors, such as branded consumer goods, shipping and logistics, materials, energy, media, IGOs and NGOs. Henrik is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Norwegian.

Jens Fredrik has a long history within the pulp & paper industry. With deep process knowledge and an innovative mindset, he is always eager to learn and contribute with new solutions. Jens Fredrik is fluent in English and German in addition to Norwegian.

Anne Cecilie is a trained lawyer and is employed as the Chief Legal Officer at the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. Her field of expertise is broad and includes solid experience in contract law related to research and development, procurement, sales, and data protection (GDPR). Characterized by her dutiful, efficient, and solution-oriented work style, she brings a variety of valuable skills and experiences to the board. Anne Cecilie is fluent in English, Dutch and Norwegian.
